How can I purchase a table?
We would be grateful if you would purchase a table and bring guests who would have a heart for what we do. Click here to go to the Sponsor Table Options page and purchase your table.
I have purchased a table, when is the deadline to submit my guest list?
We would appreciate receiving your guest list on or before Thursday, November 12.
What if our guests are vegetarians?
Please email Vicki@familyfirst.net and let us know, and we will make sure that they are served a vegetarian meal.
What is the attire for the evening?

Will there be alcoholic beverages available?
All Family First events are non-alcoholic. We also ask that you not bring any alcohol in to the ballroom that you may have purchased in the hotel lounge.
Will I be able to get a table and/or seat at a table on the night of the event?
We are expecting the dinner to sell out. We do need all sponsors and individual seats pre-purchased.
I have been invited to come to your banquet; do I need a ticket to get into the dinner? How do I find my seat?
Your Table Sponsor will provide your name to us. You do not need a ticket. When you arrive, our Volunteers will direct you to the name tag table and your table number will be on your name tag.
As a Sponsor, what if one or more of my guests can't come and they tell me that morning?
When you arrive, please let the Volunteers know who could not come, and we will be happy to hand print the new name tags for your guests.
Is it possible to add an additional seat to my table?
No. Since we expect a "sell out" this year, the ballroom seating will be very tight.
Can we bring small children or infants?
As much as we love children, it's not advisable.
What time is it over?
Traditionally we finish at 9:15 p.m., although the program may run over just a little.
