What Does a Sponsor Do?
Sponsors not only allow us to financially make possible this dinner and Family First programs, but also help us spread the word about the work of Family First to others.
As a sponsor, you will invite guests who you think will have a heart for the work of Family First. Depending on the level of sponsorship, you will fill anywhere from one to three tables.
As you gain guest confirmations, you will submit your guest list via online registration, e-mail, phone or fax. You will then direct your guests to the website for banquet details.
Sponsors will also enjoy a Sponsor Reception before the dinner with keynote speaker and award winners.
During the event, you will host the table you have sponsored and enjoy the evening with your guests as we share with you how Family First is strengthening families. We will also enjoy the keynote address by Max Lucado.
At the end of the evening there will be a challenge to all guests and they will be given the opportunity to offer their financial support. There will be a Table Host Packet on your table and we ask you to distribute a pledge card to each of your guests. After they have had time to complete a pledge card, have them place it back in the envelope provided and then place all pledge cards back in the envelope. A Family First team member will be around to collect them at the end of the evening immediately following the Benediction.
