All Pro Dad Chapters Senior Manager

Reporting to the Partner Services & All Pro Dad Chapters Director, the All Pro Dad Chapters Senior Manager is responsible for growing the All Pro Dad Chapter program nationwide.

Job Description

  • Oversee the All Pro Dad Chapter program, including:
    • Supervising the Chapter Development Sales Manager and Chapter Retention/Support Specialist
    • Developing marketing tools to grow the All Pro Dad Chapters program
    • Directing updates to the annual curriculum for the program
    • Overseeing the annual team captain retreat
    • Budgeting
  • Chapter Development
    • Continually identify best practices to grow and retain chapters
    • Ensure All Pro Dad Chapter start and retention annual goals are being met, per the strategic plan
    • Create and maintain appropriate procedures and documentation regarding key processes and tasks to ensure proper use of Hubspot CRM and internal portal
    • Attend All Pro Dad Experiences as needed to represent chapter program
    • Meet with school districts as needed to support Chapter Development Manager in deploying district-wide events
  •   Chapter Retention
    • Ensure chapter leaders are fully utilizing their chapter leader webpages and tools as needed
    • Oversee communications strategy to members and Team Captains
  • Team Captain Retreat
    • Collaborate to develop vision for annual retreat that maximizes use of donated retreat space
    • Oversee budget and planning alongside Chapter Development Manager and Chapter Retention/Support Specialist
  • Marketing
    • Determine necessary marketing tools (online/print/video) to achieve Chapter goals and work with internal marketing team to bring to fruition
    • Develop campaign strategies and work with internal marketing team to execute
    • Ensure exceptional customer experience with website chapter registration and onboarding process

We’re looking for someone with…

  • Preferably a 4-year college degree
  • At least 2-3 years experience managing and growing programs
  • Experience leading a sales and retention team, including meeting monthly targets
  • Strategic thinking for managing teams and programs
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

We will see it as a plus if you have…

  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management software
  • Past experience leading or attending an All Pro Dad Chapter
